To participate in our activities, please read the conditions below :
Activities are open to all. It should nevertheless not be subject to a medical indication against the chosen sport.
Able to swim 50 m and immerse is compulsory for all water activities and aqua trekking. Participants accept the risks inherent in the natural environments they are going to go and they are aware of the only obligation of means on the security responsibilities by the guide.
Minimum age by activity :
Rafting : 8ans
Canoeing : 8ans
Aqua Trekking : 10ans
Sea Kayaking : 8ans
These limits can be met in exceptional circumstances and upon request of parents. In this case, a disclaimer will be signed by any of 2 responsible parents to Planète Rivière, and must accompany it in the activity.

Conditions for entry :
As part of a group or the inclusion of several persons, the purchaser agrees to approve the general conditions to all participants.
Booking :
The reservation will be taken into account after receiving a deposit of 30% of the amount.
Cancellation :
The cancellation by the participant will result in the application to the following schedule:
-Reimbursement of all deposit if cancellation is made by mail 8 days before the scheduled activity.
- Reimbursement of 50% of deposit if cancellation is made by mail between the 7th and the 3rd day of the scheduled activity.
- No refund for cancellation beyond the 2nd day.
For group reservations, if the number of participants is less than the expected number, the subscriber has a minimum period of 15 days to inform Planète Rivère this change. After this time, all the seats reserved will be charged.
The guide reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip for safety reasons (weather, flood, ...), or for exceptional (EDF dam release). If the output can take place, the benefit is reimbursed in full. No compensation can be claimed in case of cancellation.
